As per stated in our Terms and Conditions, refund is not eligible once the EA is sold. We provide no guarantee as the past performance does not reflect the results in the future.
Method 1 – Right after you have subscribed, you will be directed to the order detail page where you can download the EA. The download link also comes with an installation guide, setting guide and set files.
Method 2 – If you missed out the order detail page, you can still download the files from the website. Simply log in your account at our website, go to the “My Subscription”, then go to the “Downloads” section and click on “PFX SCALPER V1” to start the download.
Method 3 – Alternately, you can download the files in your Order Confirmation email. Make sure to provide us with the correct email address during payment process. Didn’t receive any email from PFx Scalper? Kindly check your spam mail or contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
Similar to where you download the files, you may get your Subscription ID from the Order Confirmation email, order detail page or by log into your account in PFx Scalper’s website. The Subscription ID is located under the section of “Related subscriptions”. As showed in the visual below, #2032 is the ID but customers only need to key in 2032 when setting up the EA.
The alert will appear only if your live MT4 ID is not activated, PFx Scalper’s license ID is expired or invalid. Kindly contact Customer Support team for further assistance. By keying in a correct license ID, there will be an alert showing “License is valid, PFxScalper is starting now…” as show in the attachment below (Alert B).
No, PFx Scalper can only operates on MT4.
EA cannot operate on mobile phone with the exception of using remote desktop software.
In order to run PFx Scalper 24/5, you will need a VPS with near to 100% uptime. We highly recommend Fast Forex VPS!
