Introduction

License and Use of EA

The EA is licensed to you, not sold. The license allows you to use the EA on a single live or demo trading account. You may not share, sell, or distribute the EA to any third party.

The EA is intended to assist you in your forex trading, but it is not a substitute for your own analysis and judgment. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The EA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the EA, or the information, content, materials, or products included in the EA. You expressly agree that your use of the EA is at your sole risk.

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the EA, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. We will not be liable for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content generated by the EA.

Intellectual Property Rights

The EA and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PFx Scalper or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the EA without our prior written consent.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PFx Scalper, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your use of the EA, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

PFx Scalper reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the EA following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the modified terms and conditions.

Termination

PFx Scalper may terminate this Agreement and your use of the EA at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and PFx Scalper and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
